Course Id: CHS/Q0001.
Eligibility: 10th (high School) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Hindi Stenographer course is designed to train learners in Hindi shorthand (such as Sanchalik Lipi or Pitman Hindi), typing, transcription, and official correspondence. It prepares individuals for roles in government offices, courts, and administrative sectors by enhancing speed, accuracy, and command over Hindi office communication.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Hindi Stenography: Basics and Importance of Hindi Stenography, Overview of Hindi Shorthand (राजभाषा प्रणाली), Evolution and Application in Government Sectors, Required Tools and Writing Instruments, Career Opportunities in Hindi Stenography, Roles and Responsibilities of a Hindi Stenographer.
Module 2: Hindi Shorthand Theory : Hindi Varnamala and Stroke Formation, Matras and Special Characters, Consonant Combinations and Short Forms, Grammar Signs and Punctuation Marks, Prefixes, Suffixes, and Phraseography, Use of Halving and Doubling Principles.
Module 3: Speed Writing and Transcription: Dictation Practice (40–100 WPM), Techniques to Improve Speed and Accuracy, Listening and Note-Taking Skills, Transcription into Hindi (Kruti Dev/Mangal Font), Proofreading and Error Identification, Practice on Legal and Official Dictations.
Module 4: Hindi Grammar and Vocabulary: Parts of Speech (भाषा के अंग), Tenses and Sentence Construction, Word Formation and Correction, Administrative and Legal Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms, Proverbs and Idioms, Practical Usage of Grammar in Office Communication.
Module 5: Typing and Office Practices: Hindi Typing (Kruti Dev/Inscript) Practice, Formatting and Drafting in MS Word, Email and Document Writing in Hindi, File and Record Handling, Office Procedures and Etiquette, Practical Exercises on Government Formats.
Module 6: Practice Sessions and Mock Assessments: Live Dictation and Transcription Sessions, Audio-Video Based Dictation Drills, Real-time Practice on Official Documents, Mock Exams Based on Competitive Patterns, Feedback and Error Correction, Final Assessment and Certification Guidance.
