Objective: The Certified Food Production Technician course aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in food preparation, production processes, and kitchen operations. The program covers hygiene and safety standards, food handling techniques, cooking methods, inventory management, quality control, and basic nutrition principles.
