Eligibility: 10+2 Grade (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective:This course provides learners with comprehensive knowledge in fitness training, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching. Participants will explore how to design effective fitness programs, understand nutritional science and diet planning, and apply coaching methods to encourage and support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Fitness & Wellness
Overview of fitness training, Principles of wellness coaching, Importance of physical and mental health, Types of fitness programs (strength, cardio, flexibility), Anatomy and physiology basics, Understanding body composition, Health and wellness trends, Setting fitness goals, Role of a fitness trainer, Case studies of wellness programs.
Module 2: Exercise Science & Fitness Training
Exercise fundamentals (warm-up, main workout, cool-down), Strength training techniques, Cardiovascular exercises, Flexibility and mobility routines, Functional training and core stability, Resistance training and weight management, Circuit and HIIT training, Exercise safety and injury prevention, Monitoring fitness progress, Practical hands-on training sessions.
Module 3: Nutrition Fundamentals & Planning
Introduction to nutrition and dietetics, Macronutrients and micronutrients, Understanding food groups, Meal planning and portion control, Hydration and its importance, Nutrition for weight management, Special diets (vegan, keto, etc.), Reading nutrition labels, Supplements and their use, Case studies of nutritional interventions.
Module 4: Wellness Coaching & Lifestyle Management
Understanding client needs and goals, Behavior modification techniques, Stress management strategies, Mindfulness and relaxation techniques, Motivation and goal setting, Developing personalized wellness plans, Tracking client progress, Effective communication skills for coaching, Ethics in wellness coaching, Practical exercises with mock clients.
Module 5: Professional Practice & Safety
Fitness assessment techniques, Using fitness equipment and tools safely, Designing customized workout programs, Monitoring and evaluating client performance, First aid and emergency response, Legal and ethical responsibilities, Client confidentiality, Professionalism in fitness training, Continuing education and certifications, Case studies of professional fitness coaching.

Building a professional portfolio as a fitness trainer, Freelancing and online coaching opportunities, Marketing and personal branding, Networking with gyms and wellness centers, Client management strategies, Time and session planning, Conducting workshops and group sessions, Developing online content for fitness, Career growth and certifications, Capstone project – Design a comprehensive fitness, nutrition, and wellness plan for a client.
