Objective: The Certificate in Fitness and Physical Education course is designed to prepare individuals to work as physical education instructors, fitness coaches, or wellness facilitators. It emphasizes physical training principles, health education, body mechanics, and instructional techniques suitable for schools, gyms, and recreational environments.

Duration: Three Months.

Module 2: Human Anatomy and Physiology for Fitness: Basic structure and function of skeletal system, Muscular system and types of muscles, Circulatory and respiratory systems, Effects of exercise on body systems, Energy systems during physical activity, Body composition and fitness evaluation, Importance of posture and body alignment, Common sports injuries and prevention, Warm-up and cool-down principles, Nutrition and hydration for fitness.
