Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Fireman Training and Safety Skills course is to prepare candidates for roles in fire safety and emergency response by providing hands-on training in firefighting techniques, rescue operations, fire equipment usage, and safety protocols. This course is ideal for those seeking careers in fire services, industrial safety departments, disaster response teams, or emergency rescue operations.

 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Module 1: Introduction to Firefighting and Fire Behavior: History and role of a fireman, Fire triangle and tetrahedron, Classes and types of fire, Stages of fire development, Spread of fire in buildings and open areas, Heat transfer methods (conduction, convection, radiation), Combustion process and flammability limits, Flash point and ignition temperature, Common causes of fire, Importance of fire prevention.
Module 2: Firefighting Equipment and Use: Types of fire extinguishers and their uses, Fire hose and hose reel operations, Fire hydrant system and its operation, Breathing apparatus and usage, Fire blankets and sand buckets, Ladders and rescue tools, Nozzles and branch pipes, Fire suits and personal protective equipment (PPE), Fire alarms and detection systems, Maintenance of firefighting tools.
Module 3: Firefighting Techniques and Procedures: Water jet techniques and patterns, Foam application and usage, Dry chemical powder firefighting, Use of carbon dioxide and clean agents, Fire suppression in enclosed spaces, Handling flammable liquids and gases, Fire control in electrical equipment, Cooling, smothering and starvation techniques, Fire drills and mock exercises, Rescue operations and safe evacuation.
Module 4: Rescue Operations and First Aid: Types of rescue techniques (ladder, rope, confined space), Casualty lifting and carrying methods, Emergency first aid procedures, CPR and bleeding control, Handling burns and smoke inhalation, Victim search and location methods, Use of stretchers and spine boards, Emergency communication and coordination, Triaging in fire incidents, Fire scene safety for rescuers.
Module 5: Fire Safety Regulations and Risk Assessment: Basic fire safety laws and regulations, Building codes and fire safety standards, Hazard identification and risk assessment, Fire load calculation, Fire safety audit and reporting, Fire evacuation plans and routes, Permit to work systems in fire risk areas, Safety signage and symbols, Roles and responsibilities during emergency, Fire safety documentation and recordkeeping.
