Eligibility: 10th (High School) or Equivalent.
Objective: The objective of the Certified Fabrication Technician course is to provide comprehensive training in metal fabrication techniques, enabling learners to develop the technical skills and hands-on experience required to work in manufacturing, construction, automotive, and related industries. The course focuses on fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, forming, and assembling metal components while ensuring quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Fabrication Technology: Basics of fabrication and its applications, Types of fabrication processes (cutting, forming, welding), Understanding metals and alloys, Fabrication shop layout and workflow, Safety practices and use of PPE, Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
Module 2: Tools, Equipment and Machines: Hand tools used in fabrication (hacksaw, file, hammer), Measuring and marking tools (tape, caliper, square), Power tools (grinder, drill, shear), Cutting machines (plasma, laser, oxy-fuel), Bending and forming machines, Maintenance and calibration of tools.
Module 3: Metal Cutting and Shaping Techniques: Sheet metal cutting methods (manual, machine), Drilling, tapping and reaming operations, Shearing and punching processes, Bending and folding of sheet metal, Surface grinding and finishing, Defect identification and correction in shaping.
Module 4: Welding and Joining Methods: Types of welding (Arc, MIG, TIG, Spot), Welding equipment setup and usage, Joint preparation and welding techniques, Soldering and brazing basics, Post-weld inspection and finishing, Welding symbols and safety standards.
Module 5: Assembly and Structural Fabrication: Assembly of fabricated components, Use of jigs and fixtures, Riveting and bolting techniques, Structural alignment and fitting, Tack welding and final welding sequence, Inspection of final assemblies.
