Objective: The Certified English Stenographer course is designed to prepare individuals for professional roles requiring speed, accuracy, and efficiency in shorthand writing, typing, transcription, and office correspondence. This course offers practical training in English shorthand systems (like Pitman), transcription techniques, document formatting, and modern office technology. It is suitable for candidates aspiring to work in courts, government offices, legal departments, media houses, and corporate secretarial positions.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Stenography: Basics of Shorthand and Its Importance, History and Evolution of Stenography, English Shorthand Systems (Pitman/Gregg Overview), Career Opportunities in Stenography, Qualities and Responsibilities of a Stenographer, Tools and Equipment Used in Stenography.
Module 2: English Shorthand Theory: Alphabet and Consonant Strokes, Vowel Signs and Diphthongs, Position Writing and Punctuation Marks, Grammalogues and Phrases, Halving and Doubling Principles, Prefixes, Suffixes and Intersections.
Module 3: Speed Building and Transcription Skills: Dictation Practice at Various Speeds (40–100 WPM), Speed Development Techniques, Transcription Rules and Accuracy Improvement, Proofreading and Error Correction, Listening and Concentration Skills, Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them.
Module 4: English Grammar and Vocabulary: Parts of Speech and Sentence Structure, Tenses, Articles and Prepositions, Synonyms and Antonyms, Commonly Used Legal and Office Terms, Sentence Formation and Correction, Vocabulary Building for Office Communication.
