Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: This course aims to enhance learners’ abilities in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. It focuses on improving vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills to enable clear and confident communication.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Basics of English Communication: Importance of English in modern communication, Components of communication, Verbal and non-verbal communication, Barriers to effective communication, Introduction to sentence formation, Use of common phrases and expressions, Everyday English vocabulary, Listening and speaking as core skills, English in formal and informal settings, Communication etiquette.
Module 2: Listening and Speaking Skills: Active listening techniques, Note-taking while listening, Listening to audio/video conversations, Pronunciation and accent improvement, Basic conversation practice, Common dialogues in real-life situations, Telephone communication skills, Group discussions and debates, Speaking confidently in public, Responding appropriately in conversations.
Module 3: Reading Skills and Vocabulary Building: Types of reading – skimming, scanning, intensive, Reading short texts and news articles, Identifying the main idea and supporting details, Improving reading speed and comprehension, Using context clues to understand new words, Synonyms and antonyms, Collocations and phrasal verbs, Commonly confused words, Word formation (prefixes and suffixes), Vocabulary usage in sentences.
Module 4: Writing Skills: Basics of sentence and paragraph writing, Writing emails and messages, Informal and formal letter writing, Writing applications and resumes, Descriptive and narrative writing, Dialogue and story writing, Grammar in writing – tenses, articles, prepositions, Proper use of punctuation, Error detection and correction, Editing and proofreading practices.
Module 5: Grammar and Usage in Communication: Nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, Subject-verb agreement, Types of tenses and their usage, Articles and determiners, Prepositions and conjunctions, Direct and indirect speech, Active and passive voice, Modals and auxiliary verbs, Conditional sentences, Framing grammatically correct questions.
Module 6: Functional and Situational Communication: Self-introduction and personal information, Asking for and giving directions, Expressing opinions and preferences, Making requests, offers and suggestions, Complaints and apologies, Conversational skills at workplace, English for interviews and presentations, Communication in customer service settings, Role-plays in daily life scenarios, Enhancing confidence through practice.
