Objective: The Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Officer course is designed to equip participants with specialized knowledge to monitor, enforce, and manage compliance with national and international electrical safety regulations in industrial, commercial, and institutional settings. The course covers key aspects of electrical hazard identification, risk assessment, legal frameworks (such as OSHA, NFPA 70E, IEC, IS codes), inspection protocols, documentation, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Electrical Safety Compliance: Overview of electrical safety and compliance objectives, Roles and responsibilities of an Electrical Safety Compliance Officer, Understanding electrical hazards and associated risks, Importance of regulatory compliance in industrial and commercial settings, Key terminologies and safety concepts, Integration of compliance into electrical safety management systems.
Module 2: Electrical Safety Standards, Laws, and Regulations: Overview of national and international standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA, IEC, IS codes), Indian Electricity Rules and statutory safety provisions, Regulatory bodies and their functions (CEA, DISCOMs, safety inspectorates), Legal obligations for employers and safety personnel, Compliance documentation, licensing, and certification processes, Penalties for non-compliance and enforcement procedures.
Module 3: Risk Assessment, Permit Systems, and Control Measures: Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for electrical systems, Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and electrical task risk evaluation, Implementation of hierarchy of control measures, Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance, Emergency risk controls and contingency planning.
Module 4: Electrical Installations, Inspection, and Recordkeeping: Compliance requirements for installation, testing, and commissioning, Periodic inspection protocols for panels, earthing, wiring, and equipment, Use of thermography, insulation testers, and compliance tools, Maintaining inspection logs, maintenance records, and audit trails, Verification and validation of compliance data, Coordination with external auditors and authorities.
