Fundamentals of Computer& Desktop Publishing: Introduction to computer system, input devices, and output devices, primary storage and secondary storage devices, number systems, Boolean algebra and logic circuits, E-publishing and network publishing, print on demand E-publishing, E-document, Kinds of E- publishing product, network publishing.
Basics of Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint & Ms. Excel: Introduction of MS Office, word wrap, page formatting, paragraph formatting, text formatting, text editing, MS Excel, workbook management, to save changes mode to an existing workbook, adding worksheets, rows and columns, MS- Power-Point, working with presentation, to make transitions from slide to slide, insert video or sound clips into slide.
Computer Networking & Internet: The concept of networking, data communication, components of the internet, E- mail discussion groups, common web terminology, guidelines for internet communication, internet technology and protocols, World Wide Web, web browser.
Working with Photoshop: Introduction to Photoshop CS6, your workspace, opening an image, image size, color mode, working with layers, adding in more images, cropping, creating areas of solid colors, adding text, saving your Photoshop image.
Adobe PageMaker: Introduction to page maker, objectives, about PageMaker 6.5, features PageMaker 6.5, installing PageMaker, invoking PageMaker, file menu, edit menu, layout menu, type menu, element menu, utilities menu, view menu, window menu.
Corel Draw: Introduction, objectives, starting corel draw, corel draw window elements, drawing curved lines, installing corel draw graphics suite applications, corel memberships and services, corel draw basics, lines, shapes and outlines.
