Duration: One Month.
Objective: The objective of this course is to provide learners with essential knowledge and hands-on skills in the processing, preservation, and marketing of dairy and milk-based products. The course covers milk collection, quality testing, processing technologies, value-added product development, hygiene practices, and business management for careers or entrepreneurship in the dairy industry.

• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Milk Collection and Handling: Sources of milk and milk collection methods, Clean milk production practices, Milking hygiene and sanitation, Use of milking machines and chilling units, Bulk milk coolers and milk tankers, Initial quality checks at collection centers, Handling and storage of raw milk, Prevention of adulteration and spoilage, Cold chain management, Record-keeping and traceability.
