Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective:This course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of managing Common Service Centers effectively. It covers topics such as CSC operations, digital service delivery, government schemes, customer relationship management, financial transactions, and record-keeping.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Common Service Centers Introduction to the CSC scheme, The Digital India program, CSC’s role in rural empowerment, Types of services (G2C, B2C, B2B), Vision and mission of CSC e-Governance Services, Structure of the CSC ecosystem, Eligibility criteria for becoming a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE), CSC infrastructure and requirements, Marketing and branding of CSC services, Ethical conduct and responsibility of a VLE.
Module 2: CSC Services – G2C (Government to Citizen) Passport and PAN card application assistance, Aadhaar enrollment and update services, Voter ID card registration and correction, Digital Locker (DigiLocker) services, E-District services (birth, caste, income certificates), PM-KISAN and other agricultural schemes, E-Shram and other labor welfare schemes, Ration card services, Utility bill payments (electricity, water), Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) and other health services.
Module 3: CSC Services – B2C (Business to Citizen) & B2B (Business to Business) Digital financial services (banking, insurance), IRCTC railway ticket booking, Air and bus ticket booking, E-commerce services (Amazon, Flipkart), Tele-medicine services, Tele-law services, Mobile and DTH recharge, Education services (NIOS, digital literacy courses), Tax filing services, B2B services and partnerships.
Module 4: Digital Financial Inclusion Basics of financial literacy, Introduction to Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), Banking Correspondent (BC) model, Microfinance and loans, Insurance products (life, general, motor), Pension schemes (Atal Pension Yojana), Digital wallet and mobile banking, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), POS machine operation, Financial fraud detection and security.
Module 5: CSC Management & Operations CSC registration and onboarding process, Managing CSC infrastructure and equipment, Record-keeping and documentation, Financial management and accounting for a VLE, Marketing and promoting your CSC locally, Customer relationship management, Managing a team (if applicable), Troubleshooting common technical issues, Submitting monthly reports and data to CSC SPV, Auditing and quality control.
Module 6: Advanced Skills and Capstone Project Advanced e-governance services, GIS and mapping services, Cyber security and data protection, Developing a business plan for your CSC, Training and skill development for rural youth, E-learning and digital education services, Working with local government bodies, Final project: a detailed business plan for a new CSC, Project presentation, Professional development and networking.
