How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Construction Management: Introduction to construction industry, Roles and responsibilities of a construction supervisor, Types of construction projects, Stages of construction (pre-construction to handover), Organizational structure at construction sites, Communication flow in project teams, Importance of planning and scheduling, Quality control basics, Safety and compliance overview, Introduction to construction documentation.
Module 2: Site Supervision and Project Execution: Daily site supervision activities, Site layout planning and logistics, Coordination with subcontractors and vendors, Tracking manpower and material movement, Monitoring work progress and timelines, Conducting site meetings and briefings, Inspection and testing of materials, Handling on-site issues and complaints, Supervision of concrete and structural works, Report writing and daily logs.
Module 3: Construction Materials and Techniques: Overview of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.), Testing and storage of materials, Brickwork and blockwork techniques, Plastering and finishing techniques, Concrete mixing, curing, and placement, Waterproofing methods, Scaffolding and shuttering practices, Use of modern construction materials, Prefabrication and precast techniques, Green construction practices.
Module 4: Estimation, Costing, and Contracts: Basics of quantity surveying, Reading BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Unit rates and price analysis, Cost estimation for labor and materials, Tendering process and documentation, Introduction to contracts and types, Payment terms and billing, Managing cost overruns, Budget tracking tools, Contract compliance and legal aspects.
Module 5: Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Site safety guidelines and PPE usage, Identification of workplace hazards, Toolbox talks and safety training, Accident prevention and reporting, Fire safety and emergency planning, Waste disposal and environmental protection, Noise and dust control on site, Construction site housekeeping, First aid and health services at site, Roles of safety supervisor and officers.
