Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Confined Space Supervisor course is designed to provide comprehensive training on managing and supervising work in confined spaces such as tanks, silos, tunnels, and pipelines. The course covers confined space identification, hazard recognition (toxic gases, oxygen deficiency, engulfment, etc.), atmospheric testing, ventilation methods, entry permits, and emergency rescue planning.Â
Duration: Three Month.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Module 1: Introduction to Confined Spaces and Supervisor Responsibilities: Definition and classification of confined spaces, Characteristics and hazards of confined spaces (toxic, flammable, oxygen-deficient), Legal and regulatory requirements (OSHA, IS, Factories Act), Duties and responsibilities of a Confined Space Supervisor, Differences between confined space entrant, attendant, and supervisor roles, Overview of confined space entry procedures and documentation.
Module 2: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Permit System: Types of confined space hazards (atmospheric, physical, biological, mechanical), Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for confined space operations, Isolation of energy sources: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Monitoring and controlling entry and exit of personnel, Pre-entry checklists and permit validation process.
Module 3: Atmospheric Testing and Ventilation Procedures: Air monitoring for oxygen level, toxic gases, and flammables, Use of gas detectors and calibration requirements, Acceptable limits and response to abnormal readings, Ventilation techniques: mechanical, natural, forced air systems, Placement of equipment for effective air circulation, Supervisor’s role in ensuring continuous monitoring.
Module 4: Entry Procedures, PPE, and Rescue Equipment: Confined space entry protocols and supervision, Selection and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Use of lifelines, harnesses, escape sets, and communication tools, Supervising entrants and attendants during operations, Emergency escape equipment and placement guidelines, Readiness checks for all safety and rescue equipment.
Module 5: Emergency Response and Rescue Planning: Developing site-specific confined space rescue plans, Rescue team roles, coordination, and standby arrangements, Types of rescue: non-entry, entry by trained personnel, use of retrieval systems, First aid procedures and medical emergency coordination, Conducting rescue drills and supervisor’s role in review, Incident command structure and communication protocols.
Module 6: Training, Audit, and Documentation Compliance: Training needs for entrants, attendants, and supervisors, Maintaining training records and competency evaluations, Documentation of permits, inspections, gas testing, and rescue drills, Conducting confined space safety audits and walk-throughs, Identifying non-conformities and implementing CAPA, Promoting continuous improvement and safety culture in confined space work.
