Duration: One Month.
Objective: The objective of this course is to provide learners with technical, operational, and business management skills required to establish and operate cold chain storage facilities. The course covers temperature-controlled storage systems, supply chain logistics, preservation techniques, and regulatory compliance to ensure the quality and safety of perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and pharmaceuticals.

• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Cold Chain Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Component of the cold chain, cold chain management, cold chain, warehouse, checking vaccines for heat/ cold (freezing) damage, temperature monitoring, condemnation of cold chain equipment, logistics management.
Emerging Trends and Technologies in Cold Chain: Introduction, importance of temperature control in food chain, components of cold chain across value chain, current status of cold chain in India, cold chain technologies.
Business & Financial Management in Cold Chain: Introduction, demand, energy and emissions, the challenges and barriers of the agricultural cold chain.
