Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Cold Chain Handler Technician course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to handle temperature-sensitive products within cold chain logistics systems safely and efficiently. Participants learn about cold storage practices, refrigerated transportation, temperature monitoring, packaging, regulatory compliance, and safety procedures.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Cold Chain Logistics: Overview of cold chain operations, Role and responsibilities of a cold chain handler technician, Key performance indicators (KPIs) for cold chain efficiency, Types of temperature-sensitive cargo (pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals), Regulatory and compliance requirements, Importance of maintaining temperature integrity.
Module 2: Temperature Control & Monitoring: Principles of refrigeration and temperature control, Temperature monitoring devices and sensors, Recording and documenting temperature data, Alarm systems and alerts for deviations, Preventive measures for temperature excursions, Reporting and corrective actions.
Module 3: Cold Storage & Handling Procedures: Proper storage techniques for perishable goods, Loading and unloading procedures for cold storage, FIFO/LIFO and shelf-life management, Handling fragile and hazardous temperature-sensitive cargo, Use of insulated containers and packaging, Monitoring storage conditions continuously.
Module 4: Transportation in Cold Chain: Refrigerated vehicles and container operations, Route planning for temperature-sensitive shipments, Pre-cooling and conditioning of cargo, Monitoring during transit (GPS, IoT, telematics), Contingency plans for delays or equipment failure, Compliance with transport regulations for cold chain.
