Eligibility: 10th (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective: This course aims to train individuals in the core functions of CCTV operation, encompassing the technical setup, effective system monitoring, and analysis of video footage for suspicious activity. It focuses on developing hands-on skills in using CCTV equipment, complying with relevant data protection and legal standards, and implementing proper incident reporting and evidence preservation procedures to support security efforts.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Module 1: Foundations of CCTV Systems and Technology Introduction to Surveillance and Public Space Monitoring, Purpose and Legal Basis of CCTV Operation, Components of an Analog and IP-Based CCTV System, Understanding Camera Types (Dome, Bullet, PTZ) and Uses, Functionality of Digital and Network Video Recorders (DVR/NVR), Video Signal Transmission and Cabling Basics, Importance of Illumination and Night Vision, Understanding Video Compression and Storage, Control Room Environment and Ergonomics, Professional Standards and Codes of Practice.
Module 2: CCTV Operator Roles and Responsibilities Legal and Ethical Issues in CCTV Monitoring, Data Protection and Privacy Regulations Compliance, Maintaining Confidentiality and Integrity of Information, Operator Code of Conduct and Professionalism, Working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Effective Communication with Field Personnel and Authorities, Procedures for Handover and Shift Change, Importance of Vigilance and Concentration, Stress Management and Operator Well-being, Personal Safety and Security in the Control Room.
