Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Chemical Plant Safety Manager course is designed to provide comprehensive training on managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) risks in chemical processing and manufacturing facilities. The course covers chemical hazard identification, process safety management (PSM), hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), emergency response planning, fire and explosion prevention, toxic exposure control, and safe storage and transportation of chemicals. Participants will learn about legal and regulatory frameworks such as OSHA, EPA, REACH, and the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations.Â
Duration: Three Month.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Chemical Plant Safety: Overview of chemical plant operations and safety importance, Roles and responsibilities of a chemical plant safety manager, Key regulations and standards (OSHA PSM, EPA, NFPA), Chemical hazards and risk classification, Safety culture and leadership in chemical plants, Basic chemical engineering principles relevant to safety.
Module 2: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Types of chemical hazards (flammable, toxic, reactive), Hazard identification techniques (HAZID, HAZOP), Risk assessment methodologies, Process safety management (PSM) elements, Risk prioritization and control measures, Worker involvement in hazard identification.
Module 3: Process Safety and Control Systems: Design and operation of safety instrumented systems (SIS), Process control and monitoring, Emergency shutdown systems, Fire and gas detection systems, Maintenance of safety-critical equipment, Alarm management and response protocols.
Module 4: Emergency Preparedness and Response: Development of emergency response plans specific to chemical incidents, Spill containment and control, Firefighting techniques for chemical fires, Evacuation procedures and drills, Coordination with local emergency services, Post-incident investigation and reporting.
