Duration: One Month.
Objective: This course aims to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge of cashew processing, covering raw nut handling, shelling, drying, peeling, grading, and packaging. It includes food safety standards, quality control measures, and efficient use of machinery. The course also addresses business aspects such as unit setup, cost management, labor requirements, and market development.

• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
