Objective: The Certified Cardio Fitness Trainer course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and supervise cardiovascular fitness programs for individuals and groups. The course covers cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, exercise science, heart rate monitoring, aerobic and anaerobic training, endurance building, safety protocols, fitness assessment, and program customization.

Duration: Three Month.
