Eligibility: 10+2 or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Basic First Aid Responder course is designed to equip participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on skills to manage minor to moderate injuries and sudden illnesses in workplace, home, or public settings. The course covers patient assessment, wound care, bleeding control, burn management, fracture stabilization, choking relief, and handling of fainting, seizures, and allergic reactions.Â
Duration: Three Month.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to First Aid and Emergency Response: Definition, purpose, and importance of first aid, Roles and limitations of a basic first aid responder, Legal, ethical, and workplace considerations, Assessing the scene for safety and initial response steps, Basic principles of patient assessment and triage, Emergency numbers and activation of EMS.
Module 2: Basic Life Support and CPR Techniques: Chain of survival and primary life-saving priorities, Recognition of unresponsiveness and absence of breathing, Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques (1-rescuer only), Recovery position and post-resuscitation care, Use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Precautions during CPR and infection control.
Module 3: Management of Bleeding, Wounds, and Shock: Types of wounds and bleeding (external, internal), Control techniques: direct pressure, elevation, bandaging, Care for nosebleeds, abrasions, lacerations, and punctures, Signs and first aid treatment for shock, Use of sterile dressings, gloves, and basic first aid kits, Precautions to prevent infection and contamination.
Module 4: Fractures, Burns, and Soft Tissue Injuries: Identifying fractures, sprains, and dislocations, Immobilization techniques using splints or makeshift materials, Classification and first aid for different types of burns, Treatment for cuts, bruises, and muscle injuries, Importance of not moving spinal injury victims, Handling minor bone and joint injuries.
Module 5: Medical Emergencies and Common Conditions: First aid for fainting, seizures, choking, and diabetic emergencies, Basic response to asthma attacks and allergic reactions, Recognition of heart attack and stroke symptoms, Treating heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and hypothermia, Poisoning and bites/stings – what to do and what to avoid, When and how to call for advanced help.
Module 6: Practical Demonstrations, Drills, and Review: Demonstration of first aid techniques (bandaging, CPR, recovery position), Role-play and simulation of real-life emergency situations, Use and inspection of basic first aid kits and AEDs, Individual and group drills to build confidence and skills, Written and practical assessment for certification, Course review and discussion of key takeaways.
