Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Banking and Financial Services is designed to offer a foundational understanding of the structure, functions, and operations of the banking and financial services industry. The course covers key topics such as banking products and services, retail and corporate banking, regulatory compliance, digital banking, credit and risk management, and customer relationship management.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: Banking Products and Services: Types of deposit accounts (savings, current, fixed, recurring), Loan products (home, personal, vehicle, business), Credit and debit cards, Fund transfer systems (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI), ATM and mobile banking services, Priority sector lending, Agricultural and rural banking services, MSME finance, Retail banking services, Basics of corporate banking.
Module 3: Financial Markets and Instruments: Overview of financial markets (money, capital, forex), Equity and debt instruments, Primary vs secondary markets, Mutual funds and SIPs, Bonds and treasury bills, Derivatives (futures, options), Stock exchanges and market indices, Commodity and currency markets, Regulatory institutions (SEBI, IRDAI), Investment risks and returns.
Module 4: Financial Services and Wealth Management: Personal financial planning, Tax planning and savings instruments, Insurance as a financial product, Retirement and pension plans, Credit rating and CIBIL score, Investment advisory services, Wealth management principles, Portfolio diversification, Financial goal setting, Digital platforms for financial services.
