Course Id: CACADD/Q0001.
Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: This course is designed to provide participants with the skills to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software specifically for apparel design and pattern creation. The curriculum covers the fundamentals of digital garment design, including creating flat sketches, modifying patterns, and performing garment simulations using CAD tools.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: Digital Fashion Sketching and Illustration: Basics of Digital Fashion Drawing, Using CAD Tools for Fashion Illustration, Creating Fashion Figures and Croquis in CAD, Understanding Proportions and Body Anatomy in Digital Fashion Sketching, Adding Colors, Patterns, and Textures to Digital Designs, Drawing Accessories and Garments Using CAD Tools.
Module 3: Pattern Making and Grading with CAD: Introduction to Digital Pattern Making, Creating and Modifying Patterns in CAD Software, Grading Patterns for Multiple Sizes, Adjusting Fit Using CAD Tools, Importing and Exporting Patterns Between CAD and CAM Systems, Ensuring Seam Allowances, Notches, and Markings are Accurate in CAD Patterns.
Module 4: Fabric Simulation and Visualization in CAD: Understanding Fabric Types and Textures for CAD Simulation, Using CAD Software to Apply Fabrics to Digital Garments, Rendering Fabric Properties like Stretch, Drape, and Texture, Visualizing Designs with Realistic Fabric Simulation, Analyzing Fabric and Fit in 3D, Creating Digital Prototypes for Sample Approval.
Module 5: Tech Packs and Technical Design Specifications: Creating Tech Packs for Apparel Using CAD, Including Materials, Construction Details, and Dimensions, Creating Flat Technical Drawings and Product Specifications, Communicating Design Intent Through Technical Illustrations, Understanding Design and Manufacturing Feasibility, Preparing Files for Production with CAD.
Module 6: Finalizing Designs and Preparing for Production: Preparing Final Designs and Patterns for Manufacturing, Understanding File Formats and Their Compatibility with Production Systems, Managing Multiple Design Versions and Revisions in CAD, Integrating Feedback from Designers and Manufacturers into Digital Designs, Presentation of Final Designs and Collections to Clients, Exporting and Printing Designs for Sample Production.
