Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Airport Cargo Operations Manager course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to oversee all aspects of cargo operations at airports. The course covers cargo handling procedures, storage and warehousing, documentation and customs clearance, cargo security protocols, compliance with international regulations (IATA, ICAO, TSA), and coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents.Â
Duration: Three Month.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Module 1: Overview of Airport Cargo Operations and Management: Introduction to airport cargo operations and logistics, Roles and responsibilities of a Cargo Operations Manager, Types of cargo handled: general, perishable, hazardous, live animals, Regulatory framework and compliance (IATA, ICAO, customs), Stakeholders and their roles: airlines, freight forwarders, customs, ground handlers, Key performance indicators (KPIs) for cargo operations.
Module 2: Cargo Handling Procedures and Safety Standards: Receiving, inspection, and acceptance of cargo shipments, Packaging and labeling requirements for various cargo types, Safe handling and storage procedures, Hazardous materials handling and compliance with regulations, Use of ground support equipment (GSE) and automation, Occupational health and safety practices in cargo areas.
Module 3: Documentation, Customs, and Security Compliance: Cargo documentation: airway bills, customs declarations, certificates, and permits, Customs clearance processes and coordination with authorities, Security protocols and screening procedures, Compliance with cargo security regulations (C-TPAT, TSA), Managing restricted and prohibited items, Recordkeeping and audit trail maintenance.
Module 4: Warehouse Management and Inventory Control: Warehouse layout and space optimization for cargo storage, Inventory control techniques and stock management, Cold storage and temperature-controlled cargo handling, Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Managing cargo damage, loss, and claims processes, Coordination with transport and distribution networks.
