Fundamentals of Yoga: Objectives, classical concept of yoga, history and origin of yoga, origin and development, of yoga, different parts of yoga, yogic physiology- panchakosha, importance & benefits of yoga. 

Principles of Raj Yoga & Hatha Yoga: Objectives, hatha yog, importance of nadis and chakras, effects and benefits of hatha yog, eight steps of asthanga yoga or patanjali yoga, importance of patanjali yoga in health and wellness, raja yoga.

Anatomy, Physiology & Related Disorders: Objectives, etymology and definition of dhyana, types of meditation, etymology and definition of mudra, nadi and chakra, kapala bhati, hot fomentations.

Hygiene, Diet & Naturopathy: Objectives, History and origin, principles of nature cure, unity of disease and unity of treatment, nature cure is a drugless therapy, nature cure is completely harmless, acute diseases are our friends and not foes, nature itself is the best healer.

Acupressure, Pranic Healing & Marma Therapy: A history of yoga, the ujjayi breath, relaxation and meditation, the eight limbs of yoga, the bandhas, intense side stretch, lunges and kneeling poses.

Human Consciousness & Yoga Therapy: Objectives, suryanamskar asana, namaskarasana/ pranamasana, hasta uttanasana, padahastasana/ hastapadasana, relation of shatchakra with surya namaska, benefits of surya namaskar, precautions in surya namaskara.
