Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
Objective: The Advanced Diploma in Six Sigma Management provides advanced practical knowledge of Six Sigma strategy, project selection, DMAIC management, customer requirements, process performance measurement, variation and defect analysis, improvement project execution, team coordination, process control, and organization-wide Six Sigma deployment. The course develops the skills required to identify high-impact improvement opportunities, manage Six Sigma projects, coordinate improvement teams, evaluate process performance, investigate causes of defects and variation, implement improvement solutions, monitor results, and sustain measurable improvements across business operations.
Duration: Six Months.

- A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 days of the declaration of the result.

Duration- 120 minutes.
No. of Questions- 60. (Multiple Choice Questions).
10 Questions from each module, each carry 10 marks.
Maximum Marks- 600, Passing Marks- 40%.
