Home Management and Economics: Definition & scope of economics, various forms of market, pricing in perfect competition, national income & economic welfare, concept of consumption, saving & investment, money supply, liquidity preference & marginal efficiency.
Housing Interior Design: General design principles, well-being, sustainability, flexibility & accessibility, rooms & sizes, furniture & accessories, protection, wall finishes.
Child development and family Studies: Scope of child development, needs of children, principles of development, factors influencing growth and development, characteristics of early childhood, physical development in early childhood, mental processes involved in cognition.
