Eligibility: 10th Grade (high school) or Equivalent.
Duration: Two Month.
Objective: The Advanced AC Technician Training course is designed to upgrade the skills of individuals with basic air conditioning knowledge, focusing on advanced troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance techniques. It prepares learners for complex residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, equipping them with the expertise needed for senior technician or supervisory roles.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Advanced Refrigeration Principles: Thermodynamics in HVAC Systems, Refrigerant Properties and Behavior, Heat Transfer Mechanisms, Psychrometrics and Air Conditioning, Phase Diagrams of Refrigerants, Compressor Work and Efficiency, Expansion Devices and their Impact, Refrigeration Cycle Analysis, Subcooling and Superheating Principles, Advanced Pressure-Temperature Relationships.
Advanced Components and Systems: Types of Compressors (Scroll, Screw, Centrifugal), Advanced Condenser and Evaporator Designs, Electronic Expansion Valves (EEV), Variable Speed Drives in Compressors, Heat Exchangers and Their Efficiency, Oil Management Systems, Refrigerant Charge Calculation & Management, Advanced Sensors and Controls, Multi-Stage and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems, Air Handling Units (AHU) and Components.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Reading and Interpreting System Schematics, Electrical Diagnostics and Testing, Refrigerant Leak Detection Techniques, Compressor Failure Modes and Analysis, Diagnosing Expansion Device Failures, Superheat and Subcooling Troubleshooting, Vibration and Noise Diagnostics, Using HVAC Diagnostic Tools and Software, System Performance Testing, Root Cause Analysis Methods.
Advanced Electrical and Control Systems: Advanced HVAC Wiring Diagrams, Microprocessor and PLC Controls in HVAC, Sensor Types and Calibration, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) in AC Systems, Building Automation System (BAS) Integration, Control Loop Theory and Tuning, Safety Controls and Interlocks, Wireless and IoT Controls in HVAC, Data Logging and Predictive Maintenance, Troubleshooting Control Systems.
Installation and Commissioning: Site Survey and System Design Review, Refrigerant Piping Best Practices, Vacuum Pumping and Dehydration, Charging Refrigerants Accurately, Electrical Installation and Grounding, System Start-up Procedures, Performance Verification Tests, Balancing Airflow in HVAC Systems, Documentation and Reporting, Customer Training and Handover.
