Wiping crockery & cutlery & Maintain Side Station.
Table set up
Pick up the food from barker and handover them to a particular section
Picking up the grill from back area and placing on the table
Food Production-
L1 makes cooking operation smooth by doing mise-en-place
Cutting of vegetables, Non-veg items, mixing Marination & controlling wastage of food
Skewering the starter and get them ready for the further cooking process.

Fooding -2 time Major Meal will be provide on duty & Off duty.

Lodging – They will get 1 Month Accommodation free, after that if they staying in Company sharing Guest House, INR 1500/- will be deducted per month (For Bangalore-2000)

Minimum Education – Min. 10th pass & above

Additional Eligibility Criteria – Diploma or Craft course in Hotel Management (Service & Production)/ Short Term Course.

Job Location – Chennai -Bangalore- Hyderabad 

Shift Timings -10:00 AM – 04:00 PM,2 Hrs Break, 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Interview Location – In Your Academy
