 Below is the current requirement:

 Domestic Process: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Gandhinagar

Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years

Shift: Rotational Shift (Any 9 Hours + Over Time)

Education: HSC/Diploma Pass or Any Graduate

Language Known: Hindi, English and Regional Language

Shift Time: Any 9 Hours Shift

Female Employee: 6 AM to 7 PM (window)

Male Employee: 8 AM to 12 Midnight (window)

Must: Fluent in Hindi and Translation English to Hindi. Open to work in late night for male.

Job Details:

  • Need to resolve queries from customers through calls.
  • Should be able to speak in Hindi and English.
  • Provide satisfactory resolutions for their queries.

Salary: up to 14000 CTC (Depend on Education / Experience / Knowledge)
